To keep your shirt in good condition, we advice you to comply to the following instructions:

We hope you will enjoy your shirt for a very long time.

Note: Our t-shirts are printed on demand in a professional facility. To optimize quality and durability of the prints, the fabric of our shirts is pre-treated. It could be that you observe this as a thin glossy layer. This will disappear as soon as you wash your shirt for the first time.

Right of Withdrawal

The products we sell are customized items and made exactly to your wishes. This makes your new piece of clothing unique and a very special addition to your wardrobe. For this we use on demand manufacturing, creating products after you have placed an order. This eliminates the need for excess stock and very significantly reduces our footprint.

This method of working means that our production process starts at the moment that we have confirmed your order. From that moment on, you can no longer cancel or modify your order (your right of Withdrawal does not apply). The reason for this is that the chances of someone else having exactly your size and preferences are very small. After all, you are unique, just like your new piece of clothing. For similar reasons, returns sendings of customized items is not possible (unless something is wrong with the product).

Returning Products

Products should only be returned to us if we have request you to do so. This can be the case if:

1. You received a product - less than 14 days ago - but it was either damaged or not what you ordered.

2. You received a product - longer than 14 days ago - but now something is wrong with it (apart from normal wear).

When in doubt if you should return goods to us, mail us first.

How to return a product?

Please follow these steps:​

 

1. Fill out the form "Problem with your order"(see menu options).

2. Wait until we ask you to return the product to us.

3. Prepare the product for transport:

  • ​Preferably you use the original packaging material.

  • Products that were received less than 14 days ago should be returned in their original state.*​

  • Open the address label for returning products and complete all fields.

  • Attach the address label to your package.

4. B​ring your package to a postal service point.

When we have received your package, we will - if applicable - reimburse your costs (incl. shipping costs) and / or send you a replacement product.

* Original state implies that you must have treated the product as if you visited a real shop. If that has not been the case, you might loose your right of reimbursement or of receiving a replacement product.

Problems with your Order

Please contact us if one of the following situations applies to you:

    1. You bought a product but after 30 days it has not arrive yet.
    2. You received a product - less than 14 days ago - but it was damaged or not what you ordered.
    3. You received a product - longer than 14 days ago - but now something is wrong with it (apart from normal wear).

In most of these cases we will reimburse you or send you a new product.

How to report a problem?

P​lease follow these steps:

     1. Check our General Terms and Conditions to see if you are eligible for reimbursement or a replacement product.
     2. Fill out the form below and submit it.
     3. Do not yet return the product to us.
 
After you have submitted the form, you will receive a (general) confirmation mail. After that we will contact you at short notice about follow up.
